Frosted by Fang (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you order from us, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- For delivery: your delivery address and postal code.
- Your order details (items, quantities, pickup or delivery date and amount).
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, HitPay. We do not collect or store your card or banking details.
Why we use it
We use your personal data only to:
- Process, prepare and fulfil your order.
- Send you an order confirmation and updates about your order.
- Arrange pickup or delivery.
- Respond to your questions or requests.
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Our payment provider (HitPay), to take payment.
- Our delivery partners, to deliver your order.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, just contact us (note that withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer fulfil an order).
